My Sleeping Problems

Thought I'd make a thread on this subject as I can't sleep at night.

Do you ever lay down, you're real tired, close you're eyes, open them and bam, you're wide awake?
Is you're head ever swimming with all these thoughts about the most random shit?
Have you ever closed you're eyes for what feels like hours and the whole time there's all these swirling different colours or this big bright redness?
Have you ever had the extreme urge to jack off just before sleep, then you cum all over you're bedsheets and end up rollin' in it by accident?
Do you ever get really fuckin' sweaty and move on to the cold patch then when that get's too fuckin' hot move back?
Do you ever get a really itchy head and just want to tear you're hair out?
I'll end here.

I get all these problems almost every night so I'm awake up to about 7am and i'm startin' to get really fuckin' sick off it.
So do you guys/girls get any problems like me or maybe one I haven't listed?

Get this all the time tbh normally the only way i can get to sleep when am like this is to take the covers off as it helps me cool down

I'm the exact same I do all of the above then smash my head off the wall that gives me a good night sleep

I get that when you're too hot & you move to the cold bit ...then that gets too hot
Unfortunately for me I have a dwarf-sized bed and there is very little room for cold space.

So what I'm trying to say is...you should date-rape yourself.
